day one back and have a diet buddy this time hope things go well....

as the new year come close i have to stop and evaluate where i am at and what i want to do... i have sluffed off for an entrie year and have decided to get back at it i whent from a size 10 to a size 14 in this past year even if my weight has not changed much but i am sure the fat is packing on and my muscle is shriveling in the carb over load and the lack of exersize now is time before i loose every thing i have worked for and am back to 235 and unable to move....

up and at it for the day ! plan? to remain positive through out the entire day to be happy if it kills me and to think only good thoughts for the day! i will remember to highlight the good things and pay more attention to those special little moments like hugs from my grand daughter and the dog doing summer saults because he has an itch he can't scratch lol! may the love of christ shine on all to day and may you find yourself smiling for no reason at all...
