I ran a fitness facility for 6 years and was also an instructor for RPM and BodyPump. I have not exercised regulary in over a year due to a lack of motivation and total burn out. I am looking to start a new way of getting myself motivated and a new way of losing weight. I have changed careers to an IT position and am putting on weight fast. I am hoping to get a good habit going and stay in the same size I have been in for years.
