I have always have had problems with my weight, usually staying at or around 160lbs. Although I don't look horrible, I really just want to get rid of the struggle of when dressing having to to try on a 100 outfits because 99 of them makes me uncomfortable because I feel fat in them.
Last summer I was down to 140lbs and I was on my way to my goal and looked GREAT! Of course life throws little wrenches and I had big life changes such as, breaking up with my boyfriend of 4.5 years, graduating college which lead to unemployment and money problems. Still 10 months later, gaining 20lbs I finally landed a job and I am happily in a great relationship with an amazing man, so now my life is finally coming back together.
I am starting this life change because I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and start making positive changes!
