Hungy All the Time! HELP!
I agree that it could be a high level of acid,but I wouldn't take antacids- this will just make it worse iron the long run. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. By the time you're thirsty, your body is already low on water!

I would also recommend doing a fast, as the previous person said, to reset your hunger. Try fasting for a day to begin with- it will probably be uber hard but you'll feel so proud by the end of the day! And keep yourself busy, it helps Smile Speaking from personal experience! Good luck!

As you're 14 I think you're at a brilliant age to form some new habits that you can really stick to for life. Find a sport or exercise club that you enjoy, keeping active is key! If you exercise enough you won't even need to worry about food too much (though it's always good to make healthy choices).
