really trying to stay good. did a great workout today susan chung her tapes are wonderful. but I do not know the calorie count I wonder how you can find out? And why is it so hard for people to support your effort? I support people why can't they do the same for me?

WOW!!!! 1083 cal for the day. fantastic. now I need my low cal juice and vinegar and we are all set.. I know that there is a lot of people doing this. but I wish I had a friend doing it.

951 cal is what it looks like I ate today. under a 1000. wow I don't want to starve my body I need to find a good balance. lots of veggies and lemon water.

it is going tough. trying hard and it is a struggle. gained nine pounds and blotted feeling rough . hope things get better.
