really trying to stay good. did a great workout today susan chung her tapes are wonderful. but I do not know the calorie count I wonder how you can find out? And why is it so hard for people to support your effort? I support people why can't they do the same for me?

No idea about the calories for her tapes, does she give an estimate on a website or can you Google her workouts nd find out?
