share your success, get new recipes, suppport!
I would appreciate it if you would all consider liking my new facebook page. I started a page called "Fitness, Food & Fun". I would like to grow the group as much as possible to hit as many people as possible. The point of the group is for everyone to post and share their succeess and how they did it. Everyone can learn from each other about what works. We share healthy recipes with each other, motivation posters and quotes, information on different topics and exercise ideas. It's meant to be a safe, positive place for people to go to share information without being judged. A community to come to to brag about their success and discuss difficulties and get advice from others experiencing the same things. If you would share the page on your facebook and ask your friends to join that would be wonderful. If people don't want to that's great too. I would just love to hear as many different perspectives and ideas as we can to benefit everyone!

weight
I think it depends on why you have the pain in the first place. You would have to check with a dr to make sure what is right for you. My husband has a bad back and I get him doing less strenuous exercises with light weights to strengthen his back. You have to take it easy but also use the muscles to strengthen the muscles around the injury. For instance, for lower back, lay on your back feet hip width apart and raise your bum off the ground as high up as you can then lower it back to the ground. Do about 3 reps of 20, slow and steady. Do that maybe three times a week for the first week. The second week use maybe a 5 lb weight on your torso as low as it can go and repeat the same thing three times a week. There is no impact to this but it will begin to strengthen your lower back muscles. And a bit more weight the following week etc.

Idiot checkout people
As far as the boobs part goes I can't help because I have NONE so I don't really understand how much of a pain in the butt it is. And I don't really want them because I can totally see where they would be heavy and in the way when you're trying to exercise. You have my sympathies for sure on that.
As far as the food goes, I agree with everyone else. It's not worth worrying about. We are all human. No matter how healthy we eat there will be times we will decide to eat something because we want to not because it is good for us. I personally don't think there is anything wrong with that no matter what your size. I think if you are eating healthy most of the time and you decide to eat chocolate or french fries or something that isn't so great for you, that's reality. It's life in the real world. We all need to be able to go to a restaurant once in a while and eat what ever we want and go back to healthy living the next day. Most days I eat well and am within my calorie range. I do not give up anything I just try and adjust. I don't like dark chocolate but I LOVE chocolate so I buy hershey kisses. They are small and sometimes I can eat just 2 and satisfy the craving. Other times I eat 10! I don't beat myself up about it. I am human. Tomorrow is a new day.
