Wonderful blueberry, pineapple, peaches and kale smoothie . . . til it exploded all over the kitchen. Note to self do not press down on blender when top is not securely fixed and blender is running.

Oops put in wrong weight. Still at plateau

Well plateaued again at 319-322lbs 5 weigh ins now at same weight. I absolutely despise plateaus. Will give it one more weigh in before I do something drastic.
