Had a great weekend..Saturday I strolled around the shops and bought a fitted jumper in size S/M.. the M/L was too big, is going back .defo a nsv 😁😁

OH could see I was struggling.. he got ready meal curries for dinner,.. I just picked the prawns out of my sauce and gave the rice to my daughter, but didn’t haven’t a clue of calorie /carb content as I left most of the sauce and didn’t eat the rice

Yesterday he took us all out for a carvery , lovely roast turkey and beef.. I had one small roastie and gave my Yorkie to my veggie daughter. Last mite they all had cheese on toast.. I had 2 extra crackers, but avoided the crusty white bread, so all In all a successful day

Oh.. and I chillaxed at the weekend. Nd continued to binge watch the pesky blinders series I started when doing my ironing marathon

Hands still aren’t great so I probably won’t get yo read thru my friends journals on my phone, but hope Doobs enjoys her lunch with a Friend and you all have a happy and successful Monday 🤗🤗

Woohoo.. for the first time since before CHristmas, I consist of marginally more muscle and less fat🎉🎉🎉

I took it easy yesterday morning as having problems with finger and thumb dislocations, watched a bit of tv, loaded washing machine/tumble dryer dishwasher

In total, I managed 11.5hrs laundry, the clothes we wore yesterday are in the tumble dryer .. the laundry pile had been bugging me since my surgery on 16th dec and I went to bed with a massive smile in my face that I’d cleared it all 😁😁

And also, it kept me busy so I wasn’t snacking and physically active .. double yay 🎉🎉

We had fish and chips for dinner.. probably overestimated carbs as i had half a portion
Of fish and left some of the batter, but a guess is better than not recording.

So, a nice relaxing day planned.. going to my friends for a cuppa, putting away the Christmas decs and charging up my kindle
