Ouch
must me the wine and crackers...very defeating when I dont lose...also was too tired to exercise..that hurts...but will keep on trucking!

HAvent weighed in yet but then the last three days have been REALLY bad.
Thursday night-wine adn sushi with cooking club..ate equivalent of 1 whole roll plus 2 little appetizers and a little dessert. A LOT of wine. Friday night...more of the same...edamame(little) sushi (equivalent of 1/2 roll) and 3 sake martinis. 1 cup of hot and sour soup when I got home...YUM ...oooh and a spider roll (4 pieces) in the car. BAD BAD BAD!!!!
Saturday...had lunch at ASSi market with Esther and Rachel...had dancing dragon roll..6 pieces.No alcohol but filet (half of one) for dinner. SUnday has to start better...no rice and no wine!!Exercised Sat and Sun but may not be enough!!! Starting the new week on the right foot. Got LOTS of veggies form Assi!!!No steak-only fish...

WOw just on a whim Weighed myself today..and what a pleasant surprise!I lost 2lbs since Friday!!!Its the exercise I know it...and I have stuck to phase one/two really well...

YEah!!! I lost another pound!! I am so happy! I cracked the "170" barrier that has kept me plateaud for so long!! I need to keep up the exercise tho and stick with the diet. ALcohol only ONCE this weekend...Its slow but its coming off and thats a good thing!
