Feeling exuberant, cheerful and happy. The weather is great and my exercise today went well. I did the interval running as a test. After I read this week about the interval running it came to my mind that this might be the better way to train in the long run. May be I'll try to stick to the pro gramme from next week on and do daily interval running sessions. Apart from that I did strength training just for couple of minutes, but it feels good. All in all the physical activity really makes you feel good. I hope I will remember this next time I feel depressed.
And another thing - I'll try to get off coffee for a while.

I was very lazy during the weekend. I'll have to think of a way to incorporate some movement there.. otherwise it seems useless all the effort I put in during the week.
Otherwise I am very happy with the "No sugar" challenge. The past week I managed not to take in any sugar at all and as expected the cravings have gone. I really hope that I will manage to keep this up. I managed to limit the fruit intake as well eve though the peaches are in season and I can't get enough of them. But from where I am coming - 3 peaches in a week and 300 gr of watermelon are acceptable.
I am starting with cod liver tablets. Let's see how it'll turn.
Otherwise I feel very good especially in the mornings after sport and shower.
All of my exercise is walking, jogging and running for about 60 minutes in total. I try to follow the advise and keep my heat rate at about 120 - 130, but the truth is hardly manage. Usually after the first 30 minutes I go consistently above 150 and it feels good. It seems that I am getting into a mood I feel more like running then walking. I am not sure this is good for my health having in mind my size and my age, however it feels good and I'll try to do it for now.
If I manage financially I might try to engage again Todi - the trainer.
