This is my ??? on weight watchers. (Yes, I am a repeat offender. Who isn't?) I originally lost 90 lbs 3 yrs ago on the program. I then gained back 35lbs; lost 25; now back up 20. So, here we go one more time. I have heard some people at work talk about this website and thought it may be a good source of support from people that battle food addiction like I do. Because that's what I am, an Addict.
I am setting small goals for myself. The first of which will be my 10% (22.5 lbs). I am off to a good start so far. I feel good about this lifestyle change. I'm going to reach my goals and beyond this time.
