3 complete days staying with the diet.(Yay for me) It hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. I want to weigh so badly but I am going to try to wait until Monday before I do. I haven't exercised yet and I know that is so important. I will try to start walking some tomorrow and this weekend. It is supposed to be 50 and sunny here. We have sunshine today but it is still cold this morning. Good luck everyone.

I stayed with the Atkins plan yesterday. I had 24 net grams of carbs but I had 1864 calories. I know you don't count calories on the Atkins diet, but I would like to stay at 1600 calories. I'm happy I got through the first day without eating anything that I shouldn't have. I really wanted a chocolate chip cookie, but I didn't give in. I'm going to try and weigh only on Mondays. It is so hard for me not to weigh every day, but I do get discouraged when my weight loss is small or not at all. I think if I can only weigh once a week, I will be more encouraged. Good luck to everyone that is on the diet train this week.
