Only .4 of a lb last week. I wreally stayed on track last week and drank more than 64oz of water daily. I guess as long as it's a loss and not a gain I should be grateful.

Got cxomplimnents this morning. 3 people have said wow you can really tell you are losing weight. That makes me feel good. Today I'm going to start drinking lots of water again. I think that may be one reason I'm losing slower than when I started. I haven't been drinking my water, I've been drinking diet soda instead. Today I've already had 36 oz. of water.

Yay. I finally got the scales moving again. I hope I can continue to keep going. I haven't gotten off track, the scale was just stuck in one place. I'm beginning to look better in my clothes. I'm still not able to wear skinny jeans but I will be in a smaller jean albeit still a boot cut. I dote on the compliments I am getting. Mr.Reed told me the other day "Miss Pat, I don't think there is as much of you to love". That made my day. Brandy is still my inspiration. She looks so amazing.
