Sugar
I have eaten sweets all my life - love them (ask my teeth!)
Have stopped all together for a while now, you just gotta cross your fingers and legs n say "no thanks" .... it gets easier
Low fat normally means extra sugar
fruit = sugar
If you have too at least stick to unrefined
