Ketosis question
Glad I found this post. I too have been low on calories and not hungry. I'm ok on carbs as far as I can tell. I started the low carb/high protein just about a week ago and have stuck to it. Haven't weighed in in a few days so not sure if I'm losing. If anyone wishes to look over my food diary, I'd really appreciate it. Could use the help.

The Clock Thingy
Hi Everyone,
New here. Questions about the icons at the top of the page. I understand the food entries but that 'clock thingy' confuses me. After adding my exercise for the day, it shows 1787 kcal in green when my total caloric burn was maybe, 200 or something like that. Help!
