I'm 43 y.o., and I was previously a lifetime Weight Watchers member and had maintained my "goal" weight of 143 for ~2 years. Over the past few years, I've stopped exercising and more, significantly, I've started homebrewing, which means that I drink more beer! I hit 170 lbs. and 37.8% bodyfat recently so now my goal is to lose 27 - 32 lbs. or so via a combination of exercise 5 days/week plus calorie monitoring/control.
