I am a yo yo dieter! I gain and lose the same 15-20 pounds repeatedly. I am just looking for a steady weight around the 125's!

Jillian Michaels DVD'S?
I love them. I started out with the 30 day shred, it is probably my favorite, but I also have Burn fat boost metabolism and no more trouble zones. I do one of the videos everyday! (also walk about 4 miles/day, @ my son's football practice)

What is a god Filling breakfast?
I know some of you may think this is gross but here i go!
I mix 1/2 of old fashioned oats, 1egg, 3 egg whites in a small bowl.
Then spray a griddle with pam , and cook it like a pancake. Then as syrup I use 1/4c of frozen blueberries, heated in the microwave until they pop and make liquid. You can add no calorie sweetner to the berries, if you want but you don't have to. I really enjoy this breakfast...

I eat every 2-3 hours as well, I am severly hypoglycemic (when Im not eating good) When I am doing well I plan out my meals for the week. It is just a matter of will power, staying on the right track.. I did get up this morning @ 0340 to work out before I came to work, because I wont be able to this evening.. So I am showing a little dedication today! Smile

Hi!
I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I am a 32 year old mother of 3. I am a 911/Emergency Dispatcher. It is a stressful line of work, and for an emotional eater that can be dangerous.
I weigh more right now than I like to, but beyond that it is how I look and feel. I have set my goal to be 125, but if I look and feel good, I don't care what the weight is. I gain and lose the same 15lbs, I like to work out but if I miss a workout, or eat something that blows my diet it is super hard for me to get back on the wagon.
So this is me. I am hoping to get on, and stay on the right track!
