Discovered a free 12 week exercise program online which I'm looking forward to trying out. Loads of step by step floor, mat and cardio exercises with lots of intervals to keep me occupied. It's a bit sporadically placed on various web pages at the moment so will keep up with my normal routine for now with the addition of some classes whilst I consolodate the programme into something I can quickly refer to in my exercise diary.
