I have been doing well in the am and afternoon I am doing my 15 min. morning stretches consistently and walking 15-45 min mostly every morning. My problem is when I get home I start eating and can't stop and I always over eat! anyone have any suggestions or ideas I am committed but my evenings are my downfalls...

Have not been craing the carbohysdrates as much, will contiuen with phase one and exercise daily wts M,W, F, streches and dancing T. Th. Sat.

I am doing exercise in the am and attempting to stick tot he south beach diet, having some problems with joint pain I work at a desk and am stationary for long periods of time.
