I have been doing well in the am and afternoon I am doing my 15 min. morning stretches consistently and walking 15-45 min mostly every morning. My problem is when I get home I start eating and can't stop and I always over eat! anyone have any suggestions or ideas I am committed but my evenings are my downfalls...
254.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Unfortunately it is a very challenging situation. Here are some suggestions: drinking water before and after your meal. Keep your hands busy when you feel the urge to snack Eat small meals more frequently, and keep healthy munchies on hand. Try and evaluate what makes you want to eat in the evenings. Hope these suggestions work. Take care.

Eating like that is a behavior and behaviors can be changed. Your aware of what your doing so now you need to start changing the behavior which takes time. It takes 3 or more weeks to change a behavior. Plan a snack for when you get home (protein oriented will keep you satiated longer). Some people are volume eaters so finding low caloric items to snack on will help. If you feel the need to keep snacking, go for a walk. Play a video game. Make a phone call. Come on fat secret and ask people to talk you down, lol!
