hey jennmann...you can't have tea either for the first 9 days. No tea, no coffee, no soda. You can have loads of veggies(avoid burgers) and fruits and loads of beans (kidney, black, lima, pinto etc). 2 cups of brown rice. 2 cups of skim milk and skim milk yogurt (plain is best). a cup of oatmeal. 2 cups of herbal tea. 4 egg whites. that's really a lot of food for day. it's simple. stick it out even if you slip a bit on the first couple of days. you'll thank yourself at the end of it Smile. all the best..Smile

Wanna be a Smasher...Help
thanks kimbulie...i start today so keeping my fingers crossed. lol. i'll try going without oil but just might get bored with just steamed and boiled food. so was wondering if we could use a couple of sprays for stir fry. i saw a bit being used in the recipes given. but i'll try not getting greedy!!! thanks for the reply. talk to you more.

keep going Smile

Wanna be a Smasher...Help
Hey guys...I live in India and haven't been able to get hold of the book...but it seems like a diet I can stick to and help me get fit. I need to lose about 35 pounds. Please Please Please HELP!!! How do I get started??? I have a list of the foods allowed and not allowed and know the phases. Could someone give me a day's sample diet? Are there any poretion restrictions? What about oil ? Is it forbidden or can we use a teeny bit?
