31.8% body fat. NOw I am feeling better I will be able to get back to a normal workout schedule. I have to adjust my routine because do not have any lighter days which is not good, even though it feels good to see how far I can push my body I have to pull back at least one day out of my workout week.

32.4% body fat that mean I only lost water ( but gained 1% body fat?!?), not good but my son got a cold from his best friend that he kindly passed along to me hopefully I will be back to me in a couple of days, back under the covers for me. I hope everyone is having a better day that I am.

31.4% body fat, I was sick and was down to 160 and now I am back to my plateau weight, sigh. I am ever going to control my diet? I have to if I want to EVER reach my goal. I am going to be 32 this year I really want to see 150 and th only person standing in the way is me. This week in going to be hard to control my sugar intake because of my sons school party and we are going out for his birthday but I will take it a day at a time and honestly pay attention.
