How Much Water Do You Drink?
I've also heard you are supposed to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. For me, that comes out to be almost 80 oz. I have a water bottle at work that I try to get in at least 60 oz and then I call anything I drink at home "bonus." I haven't seen a big difference in weight loss but I have been cheating a lot lately. I do agree that I feel much better when I do drink my water

multivitamin
I used to but would get a horrible stomach ache! I found that using the centrum chewables were much more tolerable for me. Then I started using shakeology which has a ton of viatmins in it so I stopped taking a multivitamin altogether. I'm still on the shelf whether I should be taking one with the shakeo or not.

I fell like I can't stop eating!
I have tried tapping before but for stress instead of curbing cravings. I am going to try that for sure! I have the same exact problem with the binge eating. My parents were not even the kind who would not let you leave the table until your plate was clean but now, I feel like that is what I must do. I made a box of mac and cheese? Well, I might as well polish it off rather than pack it up in tupperware and have it for lunch the next day. It's not as good anyway, right? WRONG! Well, okay, it really isn't as good, but that is the WRONG way to think.
Like others have said, you have made the first step by admitting there is a problem that needs addressed. I wish there were a magical way to end the cravings/binge eating but alas, there is not. We must consciously think about our eating habits and change them for the better. Drink extra water! Try to eat more protein, less carbs. The wheat we eat now has been so genetically modified that when consumed, you actually crave more. So instead of one slice of bread, you end up eating the whole loaf!
I digress. I feel your pain and I struggle with you. One step at a time, we'll both become stronger individuals and get over our problems

App Recommendation
Agreed! I find the mobile site annoyingly simple.

Ranch Dressing - Evil
My problem is we use ranch as a dip for EVERYTHING! I'm going to try mixing some of the ranch packet in with some greek yogurt. (And see if my husband notices...) I've also found that when I have to have it, hidden valley light ranch is good. Other brands taste funny to me when they are lightened up.
