I'm mom of 3 boys who are actually men now. I cannot figure out how in the world I became 50 years old so quickly and they became adults! I work full time for a doctors office as "Jill of all trades" but officially titled bookkeeper. I have fought my weight forever but it became out of control with my 4th pregnancy and has stuck around for 21 years. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis August 2005 but am doing very well and know that if I get healthier, will have a better chance at continuing that way.

Hubby has joined me this year in trying to lose weight and get healthy and it has made all the difference in the world. I'm an emotional eater and have had some major family troubles that I allowed to let me go off my plan and gain weight. This time, I'm not. I've determined that my boys and hubby deserve to have a healthy me to be around a long time to keep them on their toes and the rest of the family will just need to deal with their own issues.

I've recently found out that there are other options for Herbalife shakes than I've been taking over the last 3 years and have a renewed excitement for staying on track and getting to my ideal weight. If you have any Herbalife recipes to share, I will be grateful!
