Another day of the insanity routine. A great workout but getting easier to get through. I don't think my caloric intake is right as I am recording it but I'll keep entering it as I go. I don't record the exact brand of what I eat for some things unless it's already there.
Anyone even read this by the way? Except for Misty?

Well after a week of moving, eating crap food (cause I didn't really have a fridge) and no place to do the insanity workouts, I'm back on track. As intense as it was, seemed like I did a lot more of the workout before I became dead tired. Back on track. Back on track. Back on track. Say it with me

Today's Insanity workout is called cardio recovery. It sounds pleasant enough but we'll see! It feels like I pulled both of my calf muscles even though I realize such is not the case. I don't fully believe the values it put in for the garlic bread and lasgna from yesterday's supper. I'm pretty sure both are way more than that. I guess it is what it is.

It's been a few weeks and we're seeing progress! I wish I would have taken some measurements / pictures. Ah well. I think "Insanity / P90X" Hybrid is going to move things along nicely too!
