Holy crap. Snow storm day so i came home early. Did the day 2 plyometrics from the insanity program. Like the name implies, its intense. I like it better than the P90X plyo program. I think once I complete the move, I'm going to do the full program.

Well 2 weeks have passed. Only missed logging one day. Was sick pretty much the whole week and my caloric intake was pretty low. Feeling better now and time to kick my own ass. Bam.
