It's been a few weeks and we're seeing progress! I wish I would have taken some measurements / pictures. Ah well. I think "Insanity / P90X" Hybrid is going to move things along nicely too!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
