Day two of the challenge. Tuesday is my usual weigh-in day so I entered that today, but I probably won't enter again until next Monday for the challenge. Today was our son's birthday, so there was cake involved. I don't feel too deprived. It looks and smells good, but I am on a mission and will not be deterred. If I have a sweet attack, I've got myself covered with a sugar free cherry jello snack. I drank 8 glasses of water, but I think I do better with more than that. I am going to fit in some more water before I retire. I stayed on the plan. I exercised. It was a successful day.

Foundation Vegetable accounted for 18.18 g of total carb count. I'm not quite sure how to figure that, but my food is all tracked into my diet calendar.
I believe that everything was on the allowed list for Induction. I am very satisfied and pleased with my first day of the challenge. I'm particularly pleased because I substitute teach and was called into work at the last minute. I had to pack a lunch in a hurry and grab some breakfast as I was going out the door. 2 weeks prior of Induction
has me well prepared to eat in my plan. That was a great feeling!

Happy Easter.
My calories are high, but my carbs are under 20 g. I'm pleased about that. I had an extra snack because dinner was so late due to DH's delay at the airport. I made the Atkins recipe for Buffalo Chicken Wings and everyone really liked them. I'm sure we'll have them again.
I'm ready for bed, but late dinner has me too full to sleep yet. I'll find something to distract me until I get digested.
It was a good day.
