I found out about this diet on Dr. Johnson's site, and Sparkpeople.com I also bought his book.
Have you been to sparkpeople? there are 3 different groups for this diet. I have a page on there, and visit all 3.

Wow, diet's catching on!
I am bad about visiting. When I first came to this site, they did not have this diet listed. So, I made my own page.
Has everyone read the book, and visited Dr. Johnson's site? Very helpful.
Has anyone been to sparkpeople.com? There are 3 different support groups there for this diet. I try to keep on that. Very good tips and support.

How do i stop feeling hungry??
Drink plenty of water.
Broth helps
Sip an EAS low carb shake throughout the day.
celery, carrots, grapes, etc.
Keeping busy.
I know I get hungry more in the evening. So I try to plan for that. I will try to limit myself during the day, then for dinner have a low cal meal. Later, I'll have broth or low cal snack before bed.
