Well, this is day 15 of my new lifestyle. I've officially lost 7 pounds and I'm feeling great. Still have a long way to go, but I definately feel better and my clothes are fitting better than before.
I'm looking forward to seeing what the next 15 days will bring!

Slow and Steady...wins the race!
I am begininng to notice a little looseness in some things, I wouldn't say it's enough that I could say my clothes are looser...but it is enough for me to keep on going! I'm feeling more comfortable and that is something I haven't felt in a long time. I have a long way to go, but if I keep it up...I'll get there!
