Day 2

Ok, so day 2 is half way over. I'm doing and feeling good...:-)

I feel a little tired, but I also stayed up late so I'm not sure if its from the lack of carbs or just a late night.

I've done good with my eating although I may be eating more than I should be (but all the right foods, so I think that's still ok).

I will stay on the strict induction plan for the 2 weeks then move myself into OWL, since I would like to have nuts.

I have not had any alcohol and plan to keep off during the induction phase. Let's hope the daily stresses of life don't knock me off that plan because I think that the alcohol does affect the induction phase. In my original "induction phase" I was very strict with not drinking during the 2 weeks. In the more recent past, I have not heeded that warning so I'm really hoping that I will see greater results this time.
