Where do I find the Weight Watchers "points" for the recipes on Fat Secret? I see the nutritional information but I thought the WW points were given as well. I can't seem to find them. ???

I wonder if it's just me?
Tatyushka, no, it's not just you. Just yesterday my whole day went to waste and it started by going to McDonald's for breakfast and had the Egg McMuffin meal. (I was depressed because I had not lost any weight in 3 weeks). I planned to stay within my points for the rest of the day. Then I had company at the house around lunch time. I did not want to cook and they wanted food from Burger King. I ended up getting a Whopper Jr. for me and I ate some fries too. That's all I needed to slip the rest of the day and feel bad about it. But today was a new day and was back on the wagon again. Just don't give up.
