Things are going good. I am watching what I eat and I continue to exercise hard for 1 hour 6 days a week. I am very satisfied with how my program is going. I am realistic in thinking that next week will probably record a 2-3 pound loss.

Today is my birthday. Went to McDonald's for breakfast with Riley. Has 1 bacon & egg mcmuffin instead of 2 (my usual, in the old days)and NO hash brown. I was proud and guilt free. Soup for lunch -- one of my favourites these days. Went to Issy's for supper and had small portions. Had a very small sliver of my DQ cake. I was 100% proud and satisfied! Went for my usual walk tonight. Looking forward to next Thursday's weigh in. I AM PSYCHED !!! It's all good ! People are already noticing that my face is getting smaller. That's cool!

I am so excited by how well my program is going. I keep exercising at a fierce pace. Today I did the Industrial Park with Danielle. Tonight I did the circle into town. I just hope I can hang in here this time. I think if I keep reminding myself to hang in I should be ok. I am really pleased with the weight loss. I know it's the speed walking that broke it.
I made more soup today. Tomorrow, I can go back to having my soup for lunch. I'm willing to bet that it helps.
Saturday is my birthday. I'm having DQ cake. I won't overdo it and I won't keep the leftovers. One piece is not going to make a big difference in the run of the week.
I'm already looking forward to weigh in next week!
