It's been a long time since I made an entry. Life is good. My weight continues to go down. It seems like the secret to my success may be that it has become part of my life instead of an all consuming thing. I rarely even think of myself as being on a program. I deny myself NO FOOD. If there is something I want, I eat it. Only in moderation and NEVER after supper is over. I am 100% committed to no eating at night. I am also 100% committed to walking HARD for one hour at least 5 days a week. Somedays, I feel I need to get out in the evening so I go out for a second walk. In the evening, I walk a lot less strenuously and not as far. My sugar is being regulated by losing almost 30 pounds and exercising regularly. I just can't get over my success !!!!! It is so rewarding to outgrow my big clothes(that were actually too small when I started my new program).
I AM VERY PROUD OF MY ACCOMPLISHMENT. I CANNOT WAIT FOR CHRISTMAS TO ROLL AROUND. I AM GOING TO LOOK SO GOOD!!! lol
