Have been on vacation and did reasonably well all things considered. I didn't lose weight but I didn't gain either. I am pleased. While on vacation was involved in a 3 car accident (we are fine and not our fault). We were the last car to get hit! Car is currently being fixed and should be finished tomorrow.
Back on track now, and looking forward to losing again!

I had a Dr appointment today and was thrilled at the blood work results. It was even better than the last visit. As my Dr says, 'One pound down is a pound down! Those pounds add up and will result in more. Keep it up!' I can't argue with that. I don't have to go back for 5 months! Woohoo!!!
I feel great and know that all is well. I will keep on keeping on!

I have stalled on this weight loss journey but I'm not letting it get me down. I am going to drop back to induction to get it moving again. It will beneficial for me and hubby is behind me.
I've been walking everyday because the weather has been beautiful. Sunshine and 70's, and blue skies. Supposed to change soon but that's okay; need the rain, too.
My vegetable garden is looking really good. I work in it every day and sometimes just sit quiet and listen to the birds choir going on around me. I tell my husband I'm just watching the garden grow. He just ahakes his head and goes about his business! I enjoy it!

This has been a difficult week or so. There has been much conflict and demand on me for varing reasons but needless to say, I did reasonably well all things considered. I KNOW that this week will be better....things have slowed and the demands are gone.

Have had beautiful weather here in the Northwest. Been in the low 80's and I find its grilling weather. So, that's what our meals have been this week. Should be good until Friday, then back to cooler and chance of rain. In the meantime, grilled steak, spareribs, chicken and brat style sausage. Add to it grilled vegetables and dinner was served! Even enough of last night's dinner for dinner tonight. Time to head to the garden and pull a few weeds and set the sprinkler. Can't get any better than this!
Eating well and correctly and still down a pound. Nothing to complain about!
