I'm 40 something, and have always struggled with my weight. Family history of obesity. I've had my weight under control for the last couple of years, however this year I decided was the year I was going to get fit. I've joined a boot camp gym and LOVE it. It has give me more strength than anything i have ever done. Strength not just physical but mental. I have a special needs daughter and I believe my fit journey has helped me cope with things as they arise. Looking forward to using Fatsecret on my way to my fitness sucess.
