I use to have an eating disorder that left me skinny-fat with no muscle mass. Back then I was overdoing cardio and eating too less. Then I reached a point where I stopped caring about working out and counting calories that I started eating/binging. This made me balloon up to 140lbs and I was miserable. I wasn't happy with either extremes and my "black and white" terms of thinking really manifested.
Now I'm focused on getting back in shape and approaching it with a healthy mindset. Balance and moderation is key. I'm ready to see my full potential :D
