Ended July with a rough day. Got the GM promotion, so I was running around all day. First day without at least 50 gms of protein from shakes. The BCAA's help, but many of them don/t register as protein. So even though the total calories were low. Muscle should have had a fighting chance because it was being fed amino's.
I do have an open gym to train in now, so I'm offically out of excuses why not to get to the gym. Gonna try and make today day 1 of the next phase of "the program" 5 Months will be one year of getting back training. Might have to up the supps to aid in recovery. Not sure how to record that, This app has so much potential if I could tweek some minor details. I would add Time, A h2o clicker that when you click it, it adds 8oz of water, also I would add a supplement area within each meal entry.
