Veggie "Hater" desperatly seeking reform!!!
steamed broccoli floretts... super easy...and delicious with a little butter and salt. The texture may take some getting used to, but I bet it will become a favorite. I love salad with all the fixings. The more colorful the more fun to eat. Red peppers are sweet, red onions are spicy(ish), a tablespoon or two of peas add a fun pop to the bites, sprouts might be something to ease into...but make a salad look pretty. Yellow and orange peppers are mildly sweet and add more color. OR...incorporate fruit into a salad...mandarin oranges or raspberries and strawberries. Buy small amounts of lots of different things so you use them and they won't go bad.
