222 with highest A1c 9.2 when I began exploring lchf in Nov 2015 and then keto Jan 2016. Now only down to 217 but A1c down to 7.1 and trying to maintain 5% carbs, 70% fat and 25% protein. Just beginning to record numbers to see where I'm actually at.
Blood glucose readings DEFINITELY down average of 50 units and already feeling much better without even getting strict.
^^^^This was Jan 2016. As of 7/26 A1c is down to 5.3, no insulin since March!!!
Beginning to work fasting into my WOE with 3 days 16:8, 1 24hrs. and 1 36hrs. No looking back!
