I am looking forward to tomorrow's weigh-in because I feel a bit smaller in my clothes. I hope that translates to the scale. But I'm wondering how much an evening weigh-in will be affected by daily fluctuations in how much I ate or drank that day and what I'm wearing. That's probably a silly thing to obsess about, but I see that to maintain lifetime membership, you can't exceed 2 pounds above your goal weight. That's a pretty small window, especially when weighing in at night.
For my own peace of mind, I'm going to buy a nice analog scale for home to weigh myself in the mornings. I packed away my digital scale a month ago because I don't trust that thing! lol (And because I found myself wasting too much time in the morning messing with it. I can get on and off it three times in a row and get three different numbers!)

Yikes! Yesterday was day 1 and I ran out of points at lunchtime! Granted, I went out to lunch (I normally pack lunch to work), but I still thought I was making decent choices at the restaurant. Lessons from day 1: reserve plenty of points to have for dinner so I don't feel deprived, have vegetables for snacks because they're free! Oh yeah, and caesar salad isn't the best salad option. lol ... but it's sooo yummy!

So today I switched my diet from You on a Diet to Weight Watchers since I joined last night. I like the You plan and have been successful with it in the past, but at this point in my life I need more structure so I'm doing the Flex plan. I'm going to start recording my weight here according to my meeting weigh-ins. So at the end of the day and fully clothed, that makes a big difference from last week! But it's just a number, right?
Does anyone here use eTools? At the meeting I got a coupon for two free days but since I have to enter a credit card just to use the coupon, I want to know more about it first. (I was also dismayed to learn it isn't included in the regular WW fees.) Is it just an online points tracking tool?
