I'm loving the Weight Watcher's points plan! It took a few days to adjust my eating habits, but now I can easily stay within my daily points if I pay attention. I never thought I'd be one to like the weekly weigh-ins and meetings but so far I've been looking forward to them! At my first meeting, I was amazed to see people just like me talk about the stuff I think about all the time -- nighttime snacking, eating out, grocery shopping, etc. I love the tips from other members and each meeting charges me up for another week.

Anyway, I'm 27 years old, a recent college grad, and I just started my first real "career" job. I think I'll like the job once I learn it, but right now it's stressful, and I'm prone to emotional eating after a rough day. I've always had a weight issue but I've always convinced myself that it isn't that serious. Now I'm starting to think about my future health, about my family history (I've lost a grandmother and aunt to breast cancer), and about general fitness and strength to perform at my best. I love the Oxygen Fitness magazine and dream of looking like one of those buff magazine cover models. :-)

Who uses eTools?
I'm new to weight watchers and I'm really excited to find how my previous eating style does not add up on the points plan. That tells me there is lots of room for improvement and results!

I thought eTools would be included in the WW weekly fees but it's not, and I'm curious about whether paying extra for this tool makes sense for me. What is eTools besides an online points tracker? Has it helped you?

WW tortilla wraps
Sweetthing, I'm so sorry I did not see your question until now. The tortilla wraps I found have 20g of carbs, 3g of fiber, and 1g of sugar.

WW tortilla wraps
I love tortillas and today at Kroger I finally found a brand within the YOU diet guidelines.

The "Tam-X-icos!" brand has 100% stone ground whole wheat tortillas with omega-3, calcium & 10 whole grains. One tortilla is 120 calories, 2.5 grams of fat (0g transfat, 1g monounsaturated, 1g polyunsaturated), 1g sugar, and 3g fiber. The first ingredient is stone ground 100% whole wheat and I don't see sugar or HFCS in the ingredients list.

Any suggestions?
Suzan, based on my own experience, the daily exercise is a very important part of this diet. The weeks I do something every day are better than the ones I don't. I've also noticed that I lose less each week as I get closer to my goal weight. We have very similar starting and goal weights so this might be the case for you too. Good luck!
