What is your favorite exercise video?
The Jillian Michaels Burn Fat Boost Metabolism is a good DVD, too. It's more cardio oriented than the No More Trouble Zones.

Doing the 3 day military diet. So far I have lost 8.5 lbs in 10 days! It's hard on the 3 days on, but it really helps curb bad habits!
