My name is Melissa. I'm a 28 yr old who has been struggling and trying to maintain a healthy weight. I lost around 40 lbs in college, highest weight being 210 lb in high school. Well...thats been 10 yrs ago, and my weight slowly fluctuates up and down ALL THE TIME.
I would like to lose those last 10-15 stubborn pounds. I would like to be more diligent about logging food and exercising!
