I am 27 year old young woman, who has been a big girl all my life. I have tries just few diets. Most of my life I have felt quite comfortable with my appearance but lately my weigh just got too much for me to carry. I read the Dukan diet book, I quite like the concept of it. I have very busy and irregular lifestyle - I am 3 year resident, a doctor who has three jobs including night and 24h shifts, so it is almost impossible for me to eat at certain times, like most of diets ask for. I have one constant thing - time I wake up, other happening in my life are very variable.
I have my mind set for starting to take better care for my body - loose weight, most healthy way possible and squeeze some exercise in my crazy running life. I am trying to set my mind on changing my way of thinking about food. All those changes I hope to maintain for more or less the rest of my life - I know it is too good to be true but hope dies the last :))
