Need some support!
So yesterday (2/17/09) was the first day that I started EXTREME FAT SMASH DIET. I have realized how much weight I have gained in the past year and I think I am starting to get tired of the comments of "oh you look like you've gained some weight." I'm 4'10" but weight 137 which may not seem much to some or I look average but it kills me because I know there is a healthier and thinner me underneath this body! It's going to take me a lot of discipline getting through this diet. My goal weight for now is 115 which seems pretty reasonable IF I can get through these 3 weeks.
So far, I've already fell off and had a cup of cream of mushroom soup and ate a couple macadamia nuts. Maybe it's just me but I'm finding it hard to NOT have hunger pangs in between meals. I'm also wondering if the recipes in back of the book can be used as recipes for the meals.
Can anyone help in supporting me through this? I'd really appreciate it!
