Whats going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Caz, you seem to have been hitting the gym a lot so you are probably losing fat and gaining muscle. Sorry hummingbird5 but muscle DOES weigh more than fat. As k8 explains,muscle is denser, meaning that if you take a slab of muscle and a slab of fat and they are exactly the same volume, the muscle will weigh more. Take some measurements Caz, if you have lost it means you are building up muscle. Be patient, those muscles will start to burn calories for you and pretty soon you will be seeing some great results.

What do you think of Soy Crisps?
I like potato chips but am staying far away from them. Soy crisps seem to be a healthier, higher protein, lower carb alternative. Any thoughts?
