I am a 30 year old wife and mother of two. I am in the Army and while I have never made fitness a huge priority in my life I have always maintained a good weight (although I use to think it was fat) and stayed fit enough to meet Army requirments. However, this last year has been very tough for me, I have gained 30 pounds and have become miserable in my own skin. I now say that I wish I weighed what I weighted when I use to think I was fat, lol... which was like 130 and is my goal weight today. My issues that I find myself having is drinking and physically craving COKE, letting go of beer durning football season or summer time lake season (can always find a reason for beer) and not eating breakfast. I hate breakfast and have not eatin it for so long that it is hard to make a habit, so I am open to any suggestions on breaking that habit. I feel like I am a person who needs to write out my goals and desires to acheive what I want, which led me to this webiste. If you need support, just a friend through this please do not hesitate to ask, it is what keeps you motivated and headed in the right direction.
