I'm Coming Back!!

BEEN THERE! same routine every single week. "next week ill do good" "ill make up for it tomorrow", CANT RESIST TEMPTATION...."I wanna enjoy my life!!!"

here are some things that have actually helped me believe it or not...next time you approach that irresistible bite, ask yourself, "is this really going to make me feel better or worse about myself....is this going to get me one step closer or further away from my goal....is this cupcake greater than a skinny body and feeling beautiful 24/7 and loving hanging out with myself and being in my own skin?"

all it takes is one step closer, repeat this a few timEs, and then once you PROVE TO YOURSELF YOU CAN DO IT, those "irresistible" foods will be so unappealing because you will see that putting it down will show results. for everytime you say no or dont give in, youre another step closer to your goal.


you know deep inside that you CAN do it, its time to start giving yourself what you REALLY want, and its not that cupcake.

BMI and clothes size


Ditto the observations about BMI in general- it's generally a bad indicator because it doesn't take into account changes in body composition. You might slim down quite a bit by increasing muscle mass but not see a big loss on the scale. [/quote]

im having a but of a discouraging time....i used to be really heavy in high school (im 23 now) and I lost 40lbs. I kept it off for the most part give or take 10lbs here and there....but now im back to being heavy again. I started to binge and i put on 26lbs very rapidly. I started my diet about 4 months ago and its been a struggle! barely ANYTHING this whole time has gone down on the scale....ive lost a few inches but I KNOW FROM PAST EXPERIENCES how my body loses weight, and i ALWAYS used to see those numbers drop down on the scale, and for how ive been eating, I should have been at my goal weight already and im not. People have told me that my face looks skinnier, but Im really lost. can anyone help? Thank you!!!
